Indigo Block

Indigo Block Residential is an exceptional development that offers a diverse range of housing options. Completed in 2021, this project is a joint venture with Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corp and Escazu Development. Nashua, NH

Monahan Manor, formerly known as Bronstein Redevelopment

Monahan Manor is a transformative public housing redevelopment consisting of the demolition of the obsolete 48-unit Bronstein Apartments project and replacement with 216 units of new mixed-income apartments on a 4-acre site near downtown Nashua. The project was developed in partnership with the Nashua Housing & Redevelopment Authority (NHRA) and includes affordable units at various income-tiers, market rate units, and a Head Start learning center for young children. Worcester, MA

Table Talk Pie Site Redevelopment

We are proud to be spearheading the redevelopment of the iconic 4-acre Table Talk Pies manufacturing site in the vibrant Canal District. As this area undergoes an exciting revitalization, this multiphase mixed-income, mixed-use development will contribute to its transformation. Nestled adjacent to the newly constructed ballpark for the Worcester Red Sox, this highly sought-after location offers unparalleled opportunities.

The first project, 120 Washington, completed construction in May 2024 and is comprised of 83 affordable housing units in a seven-story building. Units will be offered at income levels ranging from 30% AMI to 60% AMI and amenities include a fitness center, community room, and remote workspace.

The City of Worcester is taking proactive measures to attract new residents, visitors, and businesses, embracing both small- and large-scale redevelopment initiatives. The strong local support for this project is a testament to its potential to invigorate the community further. 

Fort Lauderdale, FL

Serving as a co-developer during the pre-development phase, we successfully navigated the complexities of permitting, design development, and financing, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. This 142 unit workforce housing project was completed on schedule and within budget, marking its successful completion in June 2020. We collaborated with our development partner, Affiliated Development based in Fort Lauderdale, whose expertise and shared vision contributed to the success of this remarkable project.

Lowell, MA

733 Broadway

733 Broadway is a new construction development comprised of 52 affordable rental units. The site consists of approximately 0.6 acres and is currently home to a 23,000 SF building operated by Merrimack Valley Food Bank (MVFB) and a 30-space open surface parking lot. The MVFB is relocating to a new facility. The majority of the existing building will be demolished, with select areas of the historic façade retained and restored. 733 Broadway is well-located in The Acre neighborhood of Lowell providing convenient access to retail, services, schools, and parks. Three units will be set-aside as permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless families, with the House of Hope providing supportive services. Construction started in 2024 and is scheduled to complete in 2025.

Worcester, MA

Lakeside Apartments Redevelopment

The Lakeside Apartments Redevelopment seeks to reimagine and modernize the existing public housing property, which was originally built in 1949. Tremont and E3 Development LLC are co-developers partnering with the Worcester Housing Authority. The project will replace the existing 202 public housing units with a new, mixed-income community that includes approximately 350 rental and homeownership units. The redevelopment will be implemented in several phases to minimize relocation of Lakeside Apartment’s current residents; the first phases of development are expected to include approximately 116 rental and 28 homeownership units that will be affordable to households with a wide range of incomes, from 30% to 100% AMI. 

Taunton, MA

68 Church Green Townhomes

68 Church Green Townhomes is a new construction development comprised of (30) two-bedroom townhomes. Construction is scheduled to complete in late 2024 on approximately 1.75 acres with an abandoned 14,000 SF single-story building that was previously used for medical offices. The demolition of this blighted building and replacement with a first-class townhome community will enhance the immediate neighborhood greatly. Located on the edge of downtown Taunton, homeowners will benefit from this location that is within close walking distance to retail, services, public transportation, and recreation. The project will utilize funding from MassHousing’s Commonwealth Builder Program and will be sold to first-time home buyers with an annual household income less than 100% of AMI.. Construction is scheduled to complete in late 2024.

Nashua, NH 

Maynard Homes Redevelopment 

The Maynard Homes Redevelopment is a two-phase development in partnership with the Nashua Housing and Redevelopment Authority (NHRA) which will replace 110 units of existing public housing built in 1948 with approximately 274 units of mixed-income housing across approximately 14 acres. The redevelopment will include 1-4 bedroom-units at 30%, 60%, and 100% AMI. The buildings will be accessible and energy efficient, with additional community space, a fitness center, and a daycare. The site will have additional parking, new playgrounds, outdoor common areas, and a community garden. Construction is expected to begin in 2025.
